The Amuse shells are derived from the "Pétoncles noirs". The pétoncle is a small version of the scallop Saint-Jacques. He mainly lives in France on the coast of Charente - Maritime and Brittany. The pétoncle noir has a black, burgundy-red color, has two curved flaps and a cut-off earpiece at the hinge.
The Amuse shells are packed per four in a luxurious black box with a certificate of authenticity. The shells are a pure tin product and are traditionally cast in the Netherlands.
Particularly suitable for fish snacks and other appetizers!
The shells are not allowed in the oven and dishwasher.
